The long anticipated MEDIA Launch of Island People's Carnival 2011 presentation, is now finished. From what I see, I will not call the costumes HOT but I will call them LUKEWARM. What I am really looking forward to is the section for TEENS (and I quote): Teens! We have a special section for those between 16-20 no alco! Twighlight Phenom look out for it when we launch.
