Where Have I been ??

Well look who appeared *me*. I am back people from let's say a long vacation (skip the long talk nah). Well as you tomorrow is NikkiLand, The Children's All Inclusive and just for you I'll attend (why ah telling tales ?). Any how I win two tickets and I'll surely be heading down there (thank you 96.1). So look out for me tomorrow ! I out (peeps I soooooooooooo TIRED).....

My Compialation

So, I sat down thinking about the songs I really liked and while thinking I decided to put pen to paper to create this little skit that will be turned into THE Trini Carnival Story. Take a look :

Ah' taking ah wine on ah *Town Thing* who is a real *Naughty Shortie*. She went down to de gound in d' *Middle of D' Road*. People call she bad but ah tell them she is *My Bad Thing*. Them think I care bout what they say but they aint know I *Wotless*. Is d *Trini* way in meh. So we continue to *Wine to D' Side* until d music stop. We jump in d' car and d gyul start to scream out meh name so ah tell she "*Ah Coming Again*. Then she tell me "*Give it to me propper*" So ah tell she "*Pump it Up*" and then yuh could *Go Down*. Ah telling yuh she is pure *Sweetness*.............

Out with the old and in with the new, well is that so ? As we bid farewell to a year that was, bitter- sweet, we must remember the great times we had in 2010 and also the bad ! So, to all my readers out there have a HAPPY New Year.

I really want to wish all my readers a VERY Merry Christmas and I hope you enjoy the day to the fullest. Please remember the reason for the season, and eat in MODERATION. I am BUSY as a bee with the Christmas prep. Doh talk bout making pastelle, yuh boy is a PRO . I just needed to check up on the blog to make sure you'll know I am still on the map. I did want to say I am anticipating the BAKKANAL leading up to carnival as this will be my FIRST carnival with D' Blog on D' Block, and so, I will try to update you everyday, no promises.

KFC Vs JAPS

What really going on here ? Yuh wanna know why EVERY TIME I enter a KFC restaurant, I leave either PISSED or SOUR ? Well, It seems that KFC sees the need for a price increase and a service decrease. Lemme give yuh dis thing TRINI STYLE, ah fed up of KFC prices just sky-rocketing every BLINKIG time. O gosh, how Japs could give yuh ah better service, ah better taste and two bigger pieces of chicken with fries for $20.00 with garlic sauce that nice and thick. Well, Saucy may not be feeling the carnival feeling but I am. As we head into the new year there are many things I am thankful and my list is as follow:



1) The gift of LIFE, without life, we would not be soo excited for the season(s) (Christmas and Carnival). We must thank God for us being here with each other to celebrate with each other what we enjoy doing.



2) Ronnie & Caro.. Yes, I am VERY thankful for them because without them, I would have never had the BEST experience on the road in the BEST costume. I KNOW that not only I can say that Ronnie & Caro did provide a GREAT experience no matter what people say.



3) Family.... Without them I would have NOTHING.... NUFF SAID

4) Saucy and Kris... Maybe I was RUDE in the past towards Saucy,but, I am really thankful for her. She was my inspiration for this blog. Kris was also there for me helping me and giving me pointers on how to work with this blog so that it is SUCCESSFUL. I salute you both and the rest of my supporters from the TCD Chabox.

Well Christmas is almost here and I'm preety sure you all started making that long list of items you want and the items you plan to give your family members. I know many companies are CUTTING COST (so dey say) so you don't have to look for that kit for the office party. We Reach D stage

So I got official word that there WILL indeed be a stage for Carnival 2011 so I hope that the process of crossing the stage is done in a ORDERLY manner with bands being given timelines to cross. I can't stand the idea of waiting in line for more than an hour to cross, I will be PISSED they'll maybe make a costume named 'Pissing Mad'.

DKrewe registration is now open BOTH online and at the mascamp. Legacy website will be launched on Wednesday 3rd November 2010.
